Confidentiality

Each of us agrees to protect and keep confidential any confidential information that is given to us by the other. The Consultant's information is prepared solely for the use of our Client; it is not to be made available to or relied on by any 3rd party without Consultant’s prior written consent.

Work

The Consultant’s Work is for Client’s exclusive use and must be used only by Client and only for its intended purpose.  Consultant's Work is provided from an operational and strategic perspective only.  We do not advise on current employment law, contract law or other legal, tax or financial issues.

Services

While our Services may include advice and recommendations, Client is responsible for making decisions in relation to, and implementing, any such advice and recommendations, including any results or consequences.  Client agrees not to hold Consultant responsible for any loss, damage, or legal liability and commits to compensate Consultant for any harm, liability, or loss arising out of the contract.

Client acknowledges that the services to be performed may be delegated or assigned by Consultant without the prior written consent of Client. 

Record Keeping and Disclosure Obligations

Client is responsible for keeping full and proper records in order to meet any obligations under the self-assessment system.
