Which is the fittest country on earth?

The World Economic Forum (WEF) summarized the fitness and recreation activities of people in 29 countries in a recent video.  According to the Ipsos survey, globally, most common activities are fitness, running, cycling, soccer and swimming [1].  The research revealed that Dutch people exercise on average 12.8 hours per week with The Netherlands considered the fittest country on earth.  People in Brazil, Chile, France and Italy exercise less than 4 hours a week and according to the poll, 1/3 of people in Japan do no exercise at all.  6 in 10 people would like to play more sport with ‘lack of time’ (37%) being the biggest barrier.
